01 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Superbazi. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Superbazi ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the Superbazi online casino platform at superbazi.net.

By registering an account on Superbazi, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Superbazi platform.

These Terms apply to all players regardless of the device used to access Superbazi — whether that's a mobile browser, the Superbazi app, or a desktop computer. The same rules apply across all access methods.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on Superbazi, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a Superbazi employee or contractor.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. This includes your real name, date of birth, and contact details.
• You must not already hold an active or previously closed Superbazi account. Each person is permitted one account only.

Superbazi reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a national ID card, passport, or utility bill. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

If you provide false information during registration — including a false date of birth — your account will be closed immediately and any balance, including winnings, will be forfeited. This is a firm policy with no exceptions.

03 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Superbazi account. This includes keeping your password confidential and not sharing your login credentials with any other person. Superbazi will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must contact Superbazi support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily locking the account while the investigation is ongoing.

• Do not use the same password for Superbazi that you use for other online services.
• Do not access your Superbazi account from shared or public devices where your login details may be saved.

Superbazi accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their login credentials. Any activity carried out using your account credentials is your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to us in advance.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Superbazi are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We currently support deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and local bank transfer. No foreign currency or international payment methods are accepted.

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your Superbazi balance instantly in most cases. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect in your account. If a deposit does not appear within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests are processed by our finance team during business hours. Most bKash and Nagad withdrawals are completed within five minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals typically take one to two business days. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• You may only withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Superbazi reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account dashboard at the time of the request.
• Withdrawals that are found to be connected to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering will be declined and the account will be referred for investigation.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Superbazi offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between a specific bonus offer's terms and these general terms, the specific offer terms take precedence.

The following general rules apply to all Superbazi bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific offer:

• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated in the offer. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier is stated in each offer's specific terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the bonus validity period. Bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from your account if the requirements are not met in time.
• Superbazi reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that players who have already claimed the bonus are not affected mid-wagering.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting technical errors — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in account closure.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on Superbazi use certified random number generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are not influenced by previous results, bet sizes, or account history. Each spin, hand, or round is an independent event.

Players are expected to engage with all games in good faith. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Superbazi platform:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool that places bets without direct human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through a known or suspected bug are not valid and will not be paid out.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in any game mode that involves multiple players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any game software or platform code.

In the event of a technical failure during a game session — such as a disconnection or server error — Superbazi will attempt to resolve the round based on the game state at the time of the failure. If resolution is not possible, the bet will be returned to the player's balance. Superbazi's decision on technical disputes is final.

Game RTPs (Return to Player percentages) are published for all games in the Superbazi library. These figures represent the theoretical long-term return and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session. Gambling outcomes are inherently unpredictable.

07 Responsible Gaming

08 Account Suspension & Closure

Superbazi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has violated any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• The account is being used for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal purpose.
• The player has created multiple accounts in violation of the one-account policy.
• The player is under 18 years of age.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period and the player has not responded to reactivation communications.

In cases where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, Superbazi reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a violation, the balance may be forfeited. If no violation is confirmed, the balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting support. Voluntary account closures will be processed within two business days. Any remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after standard verification checks.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the Superbazi platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, game graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of Superbazi or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Superbazi platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any Superbazi content without written permission.
• Use Superbazi branding, logos, or game assets for any commercial purpose.
• Create derivative works based on any Superbazi content.

10 Limitation of Liability
